Scroll compressor work process:
The vortex is in the process of simultaneous intake, compression and exhausting during the rotation of the main shaft for one week. The outside air compressor communicates with the suction port, and the inner space communicates with the exhaust port.

 

Advantage:
• 1. High reliability: the number of scroll machine host parts only ordinary piston machine 1/8; radius of rotation is small, the line speed is only 2m / s, and thus wear small, high mechanical efficiency.
• 2. Low energy consumption: inspiratory pressure effect and no clearance volume, the volume efficiency of up to 98%; no suction, exhaust valve, into the exhaust resistance loss is almost zero.
3. Low noise: no suction, exhaust valve and complex movement mechanism, eliminating the percussion of the valve and the sound of the blasting sound, suction, exhaust continuously stable, very pulsating pulse.
• 4. Low maintenance costs: less host parts, less wearing parts, a significant reduction in the possibility of replacement parts, while replacing the spare parts long cycle, easy to use, less maintenance work, low maintenance costs.
 
 
 
Swirl works:

 

LCW series of scroll air compressor is composed of two circular involute line dynamic and dynamic scrolls are engaged with each other to complete the suction, compression and exhaust work.
The static disk is fixed on the frame, and the movable plate is moved in a small radius for the crankshaft drive and the phase of the anti-rotation ring. When the crankshaft is running, the moving scroll engages to form a number of crescent-shaped compression chambers. As shown in Fig. 2, the gas is sucked into the compressor by the air cleaner. As the spindle rotates, the gas sucked into the working chamber is gradually compressed by the crescent-shaped compression chamber which is subsequently formed and then discharged from the center of the static disk.
 
LCW vortex proprietary technology:
